Shipping policy

Our current production time is 5-10 days for most of our products. However, this excludes all pre-order items and other items which state a different production time in the product description. 

 

We use tracking to closely monitor shipped packages. We have faced customer fraud multiple times, so this tracking information is vital to confirm the completion of delivery. If the package shows delivered, it is your duty as the customer to contact the the carrier to file a claim. Before calling the carrier, please contact your roommates/neighbors to see if they have the package. Bon Life Boutique is not liable for any shipping errors by the carrier or if the shipping address was entered in wrong at the time of purchase.
